These terms govern access to and use of the Vedanium AI platform. By using the service or requesting a demo, you agree to these terms on behalf of your institution.
1. The service
Vedanium AI is a hosted, multi-tenant school management platform. Features may evolve over time; we may add, change or deprecate functionality with reasonable notice.
2. Accounts & access
Schools are responsible for their users, credentials and the accuracy of data they enter. Keep login details confidential and notify us of any unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harmful or abusive use of the platform.
- No attempts to breach tenant isolation or access another school's data.
- No interference with the service's security or availability.
4. Data & privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Schools retain ownership of their data.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed per the plan selected. Pricing shown on the website is indicative; the agreed commercial terms in your order form prevail.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and service levels are defined in your agreement.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our liability is limited as set out in your agreement.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to schools. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
